2. Check the lubrication parts of the profile bending machine. When there is a lack of oil or no oil, the oil should be added. Then turn on the power switch and oil pressure switch of the profile bending machine, and then turn the manual and automatic switches to automatic.

3. During the empty car test run, check whether the machine is running normally and whether the electrical switch is sensitive and easy to use. After everything is normal, work can be carried out.

4. After the first bending action of the profile bending machine is completed, the operator takes out the bent pipe with his left or right hand and then steps on the start switch to return the machine to its original position.

5. When operating the profile bending machine, if the mold fails, production should be stopped immediately and the electromechanical cadres or technicians should be notified. Only after the fault is eliminated can the machine be started to continue production, and the power supply should be turned off after the work is completed.

The profile bending machine is hydraulically driven, and the lifting and lowering movements of the two rollers are centrally controlled by electricity. The digital display is concentrated on the operation table. The machine has a reasonable structure, stable performance, and good energy-saving and material-saving effects.
